CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

– Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels).

– Any necklaces, bracelets, rings, health and hygiene products and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.

– Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable for change of mind reasons.

– You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.

FAULTY RETURNS

– If you believe an item you have purchased is faulty, please Contact Us.

– Your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

– Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms is intended to modify or restrict any right you have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
