These terms and conditions apply to any purchases by you of goods or services from The Muslim Hub ABN 68 272 020 373 (The Muslim Hubweusour), including purchases made using the The Muslim Hub online store.

If you wish to purchase goods or services from The Muslim Hub, you must read these terms and conditions, together with each of the following policies, prior to proceeding with any such purchase:

These terms and conditions apply to the exclusion of any terms on any order form or other document issued by you. We may update or amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
By making a purchase, you are accepting and agreeing to the following terms and conditions as at the time of your purchase. Please read carefully.

The Muslim Hub provides shipping and delivery to all residential addresses in Australia and New Zealand. The Muslim Hub provides international shipping to over 80 countries. The following terms and conditions apply to shipping and delivery of The Muslim Hub products purchased through the online store. Title and Risk

As between you and The Muslim Hub, title and risk to any goods purchased by you from The Muslim Hub will remain with The Muslim Hub and will only pass to you on occurrence of both payment in full for those goods and successful delivery of those goods to the address nominated in your online order.

Online Order

Placing online orders: Orders for goods and services are placed by you when you proceed through our online store, input your order details and payment information and confirm payment of the order. On successfully placing and making payment for an online order, we will send you an order confirmation to the email address you provided during the purchase process.

You are responsible for checking and confirming your order, including your order details, products, information and delivery address, are correct at the time of placing an online order. To the extent permitted by law, The Muslim Hub accepts no liability or responsibility for any incorrect orders or order details.

Once an online order is placed, The Muslim Hub is not generally able to make any amendments to product, customer, or delivery details. If the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, we may be able to cancel the order and make changes to delivery information, however we cannot guarantee this.

Problems with Online Orders

The Muslim Hub reserves the right to cancel any order placed on the online store where there are errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, stock availability, product descriptions or other matters related to the online orders.

f your online order is cancelled for these reasons, we will contact you to make other arrangements (such as provision of substitute products). If you wish, you are entitled to a full and prompt refund for all amounts paid for any such cancelled online orders.

The Muslim Hub further reserves the right to cancel any online orders where The Muslim Hub reasonably believes or suspects that the order was placed fraudulently or maliciously.

Price

Prices for goods and services are as marked, provided however that The Muslim Hub reserves the right to amend any prices at any time prior to purchase where The Muslim Hub believes there has been an error, mistake or the incorrect price was inadvertently given in relation to the good or service.

You are responsible for meeting all taxes, duties, charges and otherwise (including any customs and import taxes) associated with your purchase of goods and services from The Muslim Hub. If additional taxes or duties are payable on your purchase based on your region, these will be charged to you as part of the checkout process.

Unless otherwise stated in-store or on our online store, all prices are stated inclusive of GST and all other applicable taxes, and will be stated in either of Australian Dollars or New Zealand Dollars (as applicable). The Muslim Hub is not responsible for any currency conversation rates charged as a result of you making your purchase with another currency.

Unauthorised Purchases

The Muslim Hub makes the goods and services available for sale online, for personal use only and not for any wholesale purposes. You must not offer for resale any goods or services purchased from The Muslim Hub without The Muslim Hub’s express prior written consent.

All limited Time Offers are valid for a specific period only. This information can be found on the promotion’s page. The Muslim Hub may change the period for Limited Time Offers from time to time.

Payment Options

We have set out below the payment methods which we accept for payments in our stores and online. We may change these payment methods from time to time.
You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with the terms and conditions, including transaction limits or purchase requirements, and in particular in relation to any buy-now-pay-later service providers, for any payment method you utilise to make a purchase from The Muslim Hub.

Payment Options

Cash, EFTPOS and credit cards are accepted as valid payment methods at The Muslim Hub. In addition, our online store accepts the following forms of payment: Shop Pay and PayPal.

Australian Consumer Law
The Muslim Hub goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
  • to cancel your service contract with us; and
  • to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
 
For any and all other claims against The Muslim Hub (whether for breach of contract, negligence or on any other basis):
  • The Muslim Hub total aggregate liability will be limited to the total amount actually paid by you for the goods or services that are the subject of the claims; and
  • The Muslim Hub will not be liable to you for any loss that does not arise naturally, that is, according to the usual course of things from the relevant breach, act or omission, even if such loss was known or ought reasonably to have been known to The Muslim Hub.
Apart from the guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law, the only conditions, guarantees and warranties which are binding on The Muslim Hub in respect of the state, quality or condition of the goods and the services are those imposed by statute which cannot be excluded.
