CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

  • Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels).
  • Any necklaces, bracelets, rings, health and hygiene products and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.
  • Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable for change of mind reasons.
  • You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.

FAULTY RETURNS

  • Your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
